The information we're giving you is straight from Meta's support center, so we're not experts on making these forms. If you encounter any issues during the process, you'll need to refer to Meta's support center for help.

Things to Know About the Meta Business Suite Lead Form Integration

What to do if a signed-in user has no pages or does not have the leads from the page they are targeting.

Leads come from LeadGenForms which are owned by Pages. Users are given access to Pages and must have sufficient ownership to view leads. The following should be checked: During sign-in, a user should ensure the page they require access to is listed and select the pages that they want access to.

Ensure that permissions are set appropriately:

  • Ensure that the user is a Page Admin

  • Ensure that Lead Access Manager is Enabled. More information can be found here

  • Ensure page access for that user includes leads (in Meta Business Suite, select your page, then select Settings->Accounts->Pages->Select the name of the user and ensure that user has Leads Access)

Walla App is not added as a CRM to Meta Business Suite for Leads Access

In order to use Walla App as a CRM -- you must make sure that it is connected. Things to check: After the Walla application is installed for the page, go to Meta Business Suite and select your page, then select Settings->Integrations->Leads Access->CRMs and assign Walla Leads as your CRM.

Other useful tools -- if you have developer access -- try the Lead Ads Testing Tool

  • Select your target page and it will whether that user has the proper permissions to that page

  • It should list "Walla Leads" as an installed application and tell you if there's any issues associated with that application (i.e. not added as a CRM for Leads Access)

  • It will give you an option to filling out a form and creating the lead and the lead will be delivered to Walla (and it will show the status)
