Navigate to the report in the Marketing Center

  1. Select Marketing Center

  2. Choose Newsletters & Scheduled Emails

  3. Select the Past tab and choose Stats. Stats will display Qualified, Sent, Delivered, Open, Clicked Through.

Understanding Your Newsletter/Email Stats

Name of Email: You'll see the name of the email, helping you identify which email you're analyzing.

Date and Time Sent: The date and time the email was sent out will be displayed, giving you a reference point for its delivery.

Qualified: This refers to the number of recipients who met the criteria to receive the email, regardless of their opt-in status.

Sent: The count of emails that were successfully sent to the recipients.

Delivered: This indicates how many of the sent emails reached the recipients' inboxes.

Opened: You'll be able to see how many recipients opened the email, indicating engagement.

Clicked-Through: This number reveals how many recipients interacted further by clicking on links within the email.

Understanding "Qualified But Not Sent" Status

Sometimes, emails might be marked as "Qualified" but not sent. Here are the potential reasons for this status:

Not Opted In: The recipient didn't provide consent to receive emails from you.

Invalid Email: The email address provided by the recipient is not valid.

Client Deactivated: If the recipient's account has been deactivated, the email won't be sent.

Use the client Communications tab within the client profile to confirm send

When a client is sent a newsletter or scheduled email you can check the following places to make sure it was sent: the Communications tab under the client profile and by selecting View Stats next to the sent email in the Marketing Center.

Navigate to the Communications tab:

  1. Go to the client's profile

  2. Select the Communications tab

  3. Look for a communication titled Newsletter
