Overview of Client Profile Communications Tab

The Client Profile Communications Tab offers a comprehensive range of communication preferences to enhance the client's experience. Here's a breakdown of its key features:

Communication Preferences

Below is an overview of client’s current communication preferences.

Transactional Emails. These include class bookings, cancellations, and receipts, and are always sent via email. These are currently required.

Marketing Updates. Clients can opt in to receive emails about upcoming promotions.

SMS/Text Messages. Clients can opt in to receive promotions and transactional information via text.

Marketing Updates and SMS/Text Message preferences can be managed from the client's profile on the widget and the Walla app.

Activity Section

The Activity Section maintains history of all email communications sent to the client.

Detailed Preview, Click the three dots corresponding to a specific message to open a mini window for a convenient preview of the content sent.

Client Perspective. When clients review their settings in their profile:

Communication Preferences. The preferences are categorized into Transactional Updates, Marketing Updates, and SMS Text Messages.

Transactional Updates. Clients must provide an email address for important business notifications, such as class confirmations and transaction receipts.

Marketing Updates. Clients can opt in to receive emails about upcoming promotions.

SMS/Text Messages. Clients can opt in to receive promotions and transactional information via text.
