What Makes a Client Eligible for an Intro Offer?
Updated over a week ago

The Front Desk can always sell an Intro Offer to a client who is not eligible to purchase the Intro Offer via the widget or Walla App. In this article we explain why a client may not be able to purchase an Intro Offer on their own. Let us break it down for you!

A client will not be able to purchase an intro offer if:

  • The plan is disabled

  • The client has purchased a plan within the last two years (even if the plan is $0.00)

  • The client has purchased a drop-in within the last two years (even if the drop-in is $0.00)

  • The client booked with a comp pass

  • The client has booked with an intro offer

A client will be eligible to purchase an intro offer if:

  • Their first bookings were all made using guest passes

  • They are still considered a new lead (e.g. they booked using ClassPass)

  • If the client has made bookings but is not checked-in yet then they are still considered a new client and thus would be eligible to receive the discount

Migrated Bookings and Purchases

A client will be eligible to purchase an intro offer if:

  • The client does not have any migrated historical bookings in the past two years from your previous booking platform

  • The client has not purchased any plans in the past two years via your previous booking platform
