Setting up Gympass is easy! Just follow these steps. The integration is set up in Walla by entering your Gympass ID provided to you by your Gympass representative.
Enter your Gympass ID by:
Going to Business Settings
Scroll down to Third Party Apps
Select Manage on the Gympass tile
Select Edit and enter your ID for the location you would like to enable
Enter Livestream and In-person class capacities. If the capacity fields are left blank, it will default to full capacity
Save. Your classes will sync over seamlessly.
Update your Gympass ID
To update your Gympass GYM ID, initiate the process by reaching out to Walla support, and include the current locked ID and the desired new ID. Once the Walla development team makes the change, support will confirm the successful update of your GYM ID.
