It's normal to wonder where to see them or what the exact value was, so here's how it works 👇

Verify that you actually have access to that account.
This is a common practice in the financial system and helps ensure the money is sent to the right place.
2️⃣ Why don't microdeposits show up in the Wallib app?
These microdeposits:
Are not operational balances for you to use in the app.
Have an exclusive purpose of technical and security validation.
That's why:
🔒 They don't show up as transactions or balances in your Wallib app.
They're recorded only in our internal systems to:
Keep a record of the verification process.
Protect information and avoid confusion with your real balance.
3️⃣ So… how do I know how much the microdeposit was?
If you need to know the exact amount of the microdeposit (for example, because you're completing a validation):
Write to us through official support channels (from the app or the channel we're assisting you through).
Let us know you want to confirm the value of the validation microdeposit.

4️⃣ Do they affect my balance or withdrawals?
No. Microdeposits:
Do not increase your available balance on Wallib.
Do not change your usage limits.
Are used only as part of verification and security processes.
