On Wallib, you can top up your account directly from your bank in Colombia using PSE. It's the simplest way to bring in COP and convert it into BTC (Lightning) or USD in USDT (TRC20) from the app.
Before you start: basic requirements
To make a deposit with PSE you need:
To have your Wallib account created and, ideally, validated (KYC) 🪪
A bank account in Colombia enabled to pay with PSE
Enough balance in your bank for the amount you want to deposit
What happens to the money I deposit?
When you deposit with PSE, it doesn't stay "sitting" in COP inside Wallib: you use it to buy crypto:
If you choose BTC, the amount is converted and credited to your Bitcoin pocket on the Lightning Network (LN) ⚡
If you choose USD, the amount is converted and credited to your USDT pocket on the TRC20 network 💵
Support for the Polygon network for USDT is coming soon.
Step by step: deposit with PSE
Open the Wallib app Log in and go to the "Buy" or "Deposit with PSE" section (depending on how it appears in your app).
Choose what you want to buy
BTC (goes to your Lightning pocket)
USD / USDT (goes to your USDT TRC20 pocket)
Enter the amount in COP Type how much you want to deposit from your bank. You'll see the approximate equivalent in BTC or USDT before confirming.
Review the transaction summary The app will show you:
Amount in COP
Estimated amount in BTC or USDT
Any fee or cost that applies
👉 If you agree, confirm.
You'll be redirected to PSE
Select your bank
Log in to your online banking
Authorize the payment like any other PSE payment
Return to Wallib and check your balance Once PSE confirms the payment:
You'll see the new balance in your BTC (LN) or USDT (TRC20) wallet, depending on what you chose.
How long does the deposit take to be credited?
In most cases:
If PSE approves the payment without issues, crediting is usually fast.
If your bank or PSE has delays, the deposit may take a bit longer to show up.
You can always check the status in the app. If something looks off, don't hesitate to contact support.
What do I do if the money was debited from my bank but I don't see the balance?
If your bank deducted the money but you don't see the deposit on Wallib:
Wait a few minutes: sometimes there are small delays between PSE, the bank, and the app.
If it still doesn't appear, gather:
Proof of payment from PSE or your bank (screenshot or PDF)
Date, time, and amount of the deposit
