Welcome! We are excited to help you launch your direct booking site. Below is the step-by-step process for hosts and property managers to join the Wander Sites platform.
Step 1: Outreach to the Wander Team
The first step to launching your site is to get in touch with our team. Please reach out via email at contacts@wander.com to express your interest. Our team will provide you with the necessary information to begin the partnership and answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2: Early Access Deposit
To reserve your spot for onboarding, a $100 Early Access Deposit is required. This demonstrates commitment and ensures priority placement in our queue.
Refund Policy: The deposit is fully refundable if you choose to opt out before your subscription starts, or within the first 30 days of your site going live.
Credit: Once your site is live, this deposit is typically credited toward your first month’s subscription fee.
Step 3: Contract and Handoff
Once you are ready to move forward, our sales team will finalize your agreement.
The sales team submits the signed contract internally to initiate the onboarding phase.
You will be officially added to our Onboarding Tracker to ensure every step of your setup is monitored for a smooth launch.
Step 4: PMS Integration
A critical part of onboarding is connecting your Property Management System (PMS). Wander requires a direct link to your inventory to manage availability and pricing. Supported systems include:

Step 5: Going Live
Once your PMS is connected and your site settings are finalized, your Wander Site will go live. At this stage, your site is ready to accept direct bookings.
