Updated over 2 months ago

Success in the Wander Listed program relies on a clear division of labor between the owner and the Wander platform to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Owner Responsibilities

  • Operations: Manage cleaning, utilities, maintenance, and on-the-ground guest issues.

  • Standardization: Handle all setup costs and ensure the property meets Wander standards.

  • Supplies: Use "Wander Basics" for every stay (e.g., Wander robes, toiletries, snacks, and signature signage).

  • Technology: Maintain high-speed WiFi (>100 Mbps) with the standard Wander credentials

Wander’s Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication: Manage all interactions for bookings made through the Wander platform.

  • Pricing Control: Wander sets and adjusts dynamic pricing across all synced platforms (Wander, Airbnb, VRBO).

  • Marketing & Content: Wander produces professional campaigns and owns all content created by internal teams or partnered influencers.

  • Quality Control: Wander may inspect the property whenever it is vacant to ensure standards are upheld.
