Standardization: Handle all setup costs and ensure the property meets Wander standards.
Supplies: Use "Wander Basics" for every stay (e.g., Wander robes, toiletries, snacks, and signature signage).
Technology: Maintain high-speed WiFi (>100 Mbps) with the standard Wander credentials
Wander’s Responsibilities
Guest Communication: Manage all interactions for bookings made through the Wander platform.
Pricing Control: Wander sets and adjusts dynamic pricing across all synced platforms (Wander, Airbnb, VRBO).
Marketing & Content: Wander produces professional campaigns and owns all content created by internal teams or partnered influencers.
Quality Control: Wander may inspect the property whenever it is vacant to ensure standards are upheld.
