You will get an email notification when a credit is requested from a customer. These will show as the following:
The Body
The body of the credit note request will list all the important information you need to know, such as the location, name, customer, and other relevant details.
Actions
The email will contain three action buttons:
Review
Acknowledge
Reject
The Review button will bring you to the credit note request, where you can find additional details as well as accept or reject the credit note.
The Acknowledge button will allow the customer to see that you have seen the Credit Note Request.
The Reject Button will bring you to the Credit Note Edit tab where you can reject the credit note.
