If you need to delist a product from your price list, you can now do this in one of two ways:
Delisting via price list upload
This method is advised when you need to delete multiple items at once. To delist via your price list upload, follow the steps below:
Open your existing price list.
Set the Delist column to 'Y' next to the required products for delisting.
Log in to your Warrior account.
Click on Price Lists.
Click in to the appropriate customer.
Select the Files tab.
Select Import.
Choose File lets you select the price file you want to upload.
Click Import
Your delisted products should now no longer be available for purchase.
Delisting via Warrior
Delisting directly Warrior is more appropriate when you have a single or few items to delist. You can do this by following the steps below:
Click on Price Lists.
Select the Prices tab.
Find the product you would like to delist.
Tip: you can use the search bar to find items more quickly.
Click on Delist Price.
Your product should now be delisted.
