How do I claim an order?

Steps to claim an order, including availability settings, map view, and how favorites affect visibility.

To claim an order, make sure your availability toggle is set to ON in the washr app. This lets you receive notifications for new orders within your set delivery radius (5–30 miles).

You can claim an order in two ways:

  • From a list: Tap "ACCEPT ORDER" twice to confirm

  • From the map view: Tap the map icon in the top right to switch views, then tap on an available order. You'll still need to double-tap the “ACCEPT ORDER” button to officially claim it

📍 Once you claim an order, you’re committed to completing it within the pickup and delivery windows shown. If you're unavailable, do not claim the order.

🔔 Note: If a member has marked you as a favorite, their orders may appear even if your availability is OFF. You’ll still need to claim them manually.
