What are favorite orders, and how do they work?

Explanation of how favorite orders work, how they appear, and how to become a member’s favorite washr.

When a member marks you as a favorite, their orders will be sent directly to you first, before they’re made available to other washrs nearby.

Here’s what that means:

  • Favorite orders can appear even if your availability is OFF

  • You must still double-tap “ACCEPT ORDER” to claim the order

  • If you don’t claim the order in time, it will be released to the general pool

  • You may receive favorite orders from multiple members, and members can favorite more than one washr

⭐ How do I become a favorite?
Members can mark you as a favorite after you complete an order. Reliable service, neat folding, and clear communication make it more likely they’ll want to work with you again.
