If you're not seeing any orders — or can’t claim one that appears available — here are a few things to check:
📲 Check your availability toggle
Make sure your availability is ON in the washr app. You won’t receive new orders unless your toggle is active. If you have not been active in the app in the last 24 hours your toggle will automatically turn off.
📍 Check your radius
If your radius is too small, you may not see any available orders. Your radius is based on the home location that you have set in the profile section of your app.
🔁 Try refreshing the app
If you're seeing outdated or “stuck” order cards:
Pull down to refresh the order list or click on the refresh icon in the right corner of your screen
Fully close and reopen the app if needed
🚫 Can’t claim an order that’s showing?
If an order appears in your feed but gives an error when you try to claim it, it’s likely already been claimed by another washr. There are occasional delays with orders don’t disappearing from the available orders.
👓 Still not seeing orders? It might be your market.
If your settings all look correct but orders still aren't appearing — or they disappear the moment they show up — your area may have high washr competition.
Orders are visible to all active washrs in the area at the same time. In competitive markets, orders can be claimed within seconds of appearing.
A few things that can help:
• Expand your radius: A wider radius means you'll see more orders across a larger area.
• Try different times: Order volume varies by time of day and day of week. Early mornings and weekends tend to be busier in most markets.
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee order availability in any specific market — demand depends on member volume in your area at any given time.
