Icons in the washr app help you quickly understand the type of order you're looking at. Here's what each one means:
Requested
A member has specifically requested you for this order. You have 15 minutes to claim this order before it is sent to any other washrs.
Favorite
This member has marked you as a favorite. Their orders will be sent to you before being shown to other washrs in your area.
Ready ASAP
The order is ready for pickup immediately but does not need to be picked up until the end of its' pickup window. Ddelivery is still expected during the regular drop-off window.
Same Day
This order must be picked up by 12 PM and returned by 8 PM on the same day. Only available in select markets.
Commercial
This is a business account and may include specific instructions. Read carefully — commercial orders can differ from residential ones.
