What should I do if the member’s bags aren’t there?

If there are no bags at the pickup spot, follow these steps:

  1. Knock or ring the doorbell

  2. If no one answers, call the member and leave a voicemail, then send a text message

  3. After these attempts, contact Support using the in-app chat

  4. Send a photo of the location clearly showing that the bags are missing and include the member’s name in your message

  5. Always wait at least 10 minutes before leaving, and make sure you've made every effort to contact the member

These steps help protect you from no-show violations and ensure the member is properly informed.
