If there are no bags at the pickup spot, follow these steps:
- Knock or ring the doorbell 
- If no one answers, call the member and leave a voicemail, then send a text message 
- After these attempts, contact Support using the in-app chat 
- Send a photo of the location clearly showing that the bags are missing and include the member’s name in your message 
- Always wait at least 10 minutes before leaving, and make sure you've made every effort to contact the member 
These steps help protect you from no-show violations and ensure the member is properly informed.
