Knock or ring the doorbell
If no one answers, call the member and leave a voicemail, then send a text message
After these attempts, contact Support using the in-app chat
Send a photo of the location clearly showing that the bags are missing and include the member’s name in your message
Always wait at least 10 minutes before leaving, and make sure you've made every effort to contact the member
