A bag is considered overstuffed when it holds more than 1 load (based on a ...... machine).

This applies to both hamprs and kitchen bags.

🧺 How to identify an overstuffed hampr:

  • The bag is bulging on all sides

  • Clothes are spilling out or protruding when the top flap is opened

  • The zipper cannot close fully

  • The bag is difficult to stand upright

✅ A properly filled hampr should have clothing slightly above the top, but should zip closed and remain stable.

🛍️ How to identify an overstuffed kitchen bag:

  • The bag is difficult to tie or close

  • Plastic is stretched or tearing

  • Clothing is spilling out or clearly visible

✅ A properly filled kitchen bag should be full but not bulging, and easy to carry with intact handles.

🛑 What to do if the bag is overstuffed at pickup:

💵 If you reject the order and Support confirms it was overstuffed:

  • You will receive a rejection fee

💵 If you choose to process the order and Support confirms it was overstuffed:

  • The member will be charged for an extra load

  • You will be paid for the additional load

🚫 If you leave without contacting Support and submitting photos, you will not qualify for any additional pay or a rejection fee..

📸 What if I realize it’s overstuffed after pickup?

You should still document the issue, but:
