If you find any items left in a memberâs pockets (e.g., money, keys, jewelry):
Place the items in a clear zip-locked bag on top of the folded laundry so theyâre easy to see
Do not discard or keep the item â even if it seems unimportant
For valuable items or anything you're unsure about, contact Support and send a photo for documentation.
