A violation happens when a washr doesn’t follow key service expectations — like pickup timing, laundry quality, or proper communication.

Violations are grouped into minor and major categories:

🔸 Minor Violations include:

  • Wet or damp laundry returns

  • Dropping off outside the delivery window without informing the member or Support

  • Ignoring member preferences

  • Not folding laundry the “hampr way”

  • Mixing laundry between members

  • Returning laundry with strong odors (not caused by the member)

🔴 Major Violations include:

  • Laundry smelling of smoke or marijuana

  • No-shows (claiming but not picking up an order)

  • Releasing too many orders without a valid emergency

  • Delivering to the wrong address or losing a member’s items

  • Returning laundry unwashed or half-finished

  • Returning orders more than an hour late

📌 If a violation is reported:

  • Your account may be paused for review

  • Support will follow up and monitor future orders

  • Repeat or serious issues can lead to account deactivation
