You can reject an order at pickup if:

  • The hampr is overstuffed (bulging, spilling, unable to zip closed)

  • The member uses an unapproved bag (e.g., trash bag, laundry basket, dry cleaning bag)

  • The order includes restricted items

  • The bags are not out for pickup after waiting

To qualify for a rejection fee, you must:

  1. Wait at least 10 minutes at the pickup location

  2. Contact Support and Contact Member (By Texting, Calling, and Knocking) before leaving

  3. Provide complete information: include the member’s name, the reason for rejection, and all required photos

🚫 If you leave without photo documentation, the order will be removed from you — but you will not receive the rejection fee.

📌 Rejections are reviewed case-by-case. When in doubt, document everything and contact Support.
