What do I need to know about commercial orders?

Commercial clients receive our white glove service, which includes a a high expectation of reliability and may include special stain treatment, specific folding and detergent preferences, and custom timing.

You’ll receive a custom washr notes form with key instructions for each client. Some expectations and logistics are not shown in the app, so always refer to the washr notes.

Commercial orders are a great fit for washrs who value:

  • Consistent order cadence

  • High volume

  • Quick folding (many clients send only sheets and towels)

📌 Always make sure you:

  • Pretreat and properly document stained items

  • Follow instructions for detergent, folding, and turnaround time

  • Communicate early with Support if there’s an issue
