What kind of bags should I expect on commercial orders?

Types of bags used in commercial orders and how to document and report them.

Your washr notes will indicate what type of bag to expect:

  • hampr bags

  • commercial bags

  • Occasionally, client-provided or unexpected bags (trash bags, branded bags)

šŸ§¼ Thatā€™s okay ā€” youā€™ll still be paid based on the number of loads you process.

  • A fully packed commercial bag usually equals 2 loads

  • Always take clear photos of all bags at pickup and drop-off

  • If they donā€™t fit in one photo, send additional pictures to Support

  • Update the load count in the app to match what you actually take
