Commercial orders may have instructions in two places
- In the app — in Pick-Up Details screen you may see both instructions from the user and instructions labeled: hampr Instructions. This is where you will find specific details like lockbox codes. 
- In the washr notes form — this is where you'll find more general expectations like: - Handoff expectations (must be handed off to a person vs can be left outside a business) 
- Any specific pick up or drop off hours.
