Commercial orders may have instructions in two places
In the app ā in Pick-Up Details screen you may see both instructions from the user and instructions labeled: hampr Instructions. This is where you will find specific details like lockbox codes.
In the washr notes form ā this is where you'll find more general expectations like:
Handoff expectations (must be handed off to a person vs can be left outside a business)
Any specific pick up or drop off hours.
