Something looks wrong with my earnings - what do I do?

If a payout, order amount, or bonus doesn't look right, here's how to figure out what happened and get it resolved.

Step 1: Check your pay breakdown email

Every Friday, you’ll receive both an email breakdown of the previous pay period’s earnings and direct deposit of the funds themselves. The email shows your earnings per load, bonuses, and tips. Start there — it will often explain any difference you're seeing.

Step 2: Check the pay period window

Payouts generally cover orders completed Thursday through Wednesday. Exact cutoff timing may vary slightly. If an order fell close to or outside that window, it may appear in the next payout.

Common reasons an amount looks different than expected

Order adjustments: If a member cancels or an order is modified after you've claimed it, the order total can change.

Tips: Tips may appear well after your order an order is delivered.

Extras not in the breakdown: Some items (referral bonuses, claim incentives) may not show in your email breakdown but will still be included in your deposit total.

• Your account email

• The date and member you washed for

• The amount you expected vs. what you received

• A screenshot from the app or your breakdown email if you have one
