Are there any rules to follow in resort?

There are a few things to remember in resort:

  • It is French law that there is no noise in communal areas after 10 pm. This includes the corridors of your apartment building and any noise complaints may result in your group being asked to leave resort. You'll also need to be wary of making too much noise in the streets as the Gendarmarie do not like this either and you can be subject to a hefty fine.

  • Drinking in the streets is strictly forbidden.

  • Drugs are obviously banned and are dealt with incredibly vigorously by the French authorities. Ferry companies will also check coaches and cars travelling through the ports. Wasteland operates a zero drug policy and reserves the right to remove you from resort.

  • Do not wear your ski boots in your residence, they are noisy and cause damage.

  • Do not leave rubbish in corridors.
