How do I contact a Wasteland rep when in resort?

There is always a member of Wasteland Travel staff on call should you have an emergency. You can get in touch with them on the emergency contact number on the trip wristband that you are given when you check in on arrival. When you call this number, you'll be provided with a list of resorts. Simply select the resort that you're in and you'll get through to one of our resort management team.

If you have a general question please contact the day response phone, this number will have been text to you on the date of your departure.

Our reps are always around resort at various events, you'll be able to spot them in their black Wasteland Ski branded jackets, feel free to go over and ask them any questions you may have.

During some of our larger weeks, we operate office hours when you can come down and ask us questions throughout the day. Full details of office hours will be in your welcome pack when you arrive into resort.

Reps also come round on room rounds bi-daily to let you know vital information about the night activities and what's going on throughout the week. Room rounds normally take place from 6 pm till 8 pm. Don't worry if you're not in, our reps will leave a card with all the info under your door so you don't miss out!
