Filters
My Events — meetings you've RSVP'd (marked Attending) to.
All Upcoming Events — every meeting from currently in-progress through future-dated, whether you've RSVP'd or not.
Past Events — meetings that have ended. This is the only filter (besides the current month in the full-screen calendar) where ended meetings appear.
Understanding an Event Card
Background image — shows the Vista/room where the meeting is hosted, so you recognize it when you arrive.
Host avatar (top left) — click it to open a preview of the host's profile.
Meeting details — name, date, time (shown in your local time zone), and a short description.
Attendee avatars (bottom left) — shows who has RSVP'd. This is not clickable; you can't currently see the full attendee list.
RSVP button states
RSVP (default) — you have not responded.
Attending — click RSVP to mark yourself attending and to receive a push notification.
Join Now (red) — appears once the meeting is live. Click to go directly into the meeting.
Ended (inactive) — the meeting has concluded. This also applies to any meeting that was canceled.
➡️ What Happens Next?
Notifications
For meetings hosted by a member, you must RSVP (mark yourself Attending) to receive a push notification when it goes live.
For meetings hosted by WatersAbove® (including recurring ones like The Clarity Key), everyone gets a push notification automatically, whether or not they RSVP'd. You can still RSVP to mark yourself as attending — it just isn't required for the notification.
Join Now shows for everyone once a meeting is live, regardless of RSVP status. RSVP only controls notifications and whether the meeting appears in your My Week Ahead list — it does not gate access to the meeting itself.
Removing an RSVP
You can remove your RSVP at any time before the meeting starts.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to RSVP to join a meeting? No. RSVP only controls whether you get notified — the Join Now button is available to everyone once a meeting goes live.
Why does one meeting notify me without RSVPing, but another doesn't? Meetings hosted by WatersAbove® automatically notify everyone. Meetings hosted by individual members only notify members who've RSVP'd.
Can I see who else is attending? Not yet — the attendee avatars on a card are visible but not clickable. This may be added in the future.
A meeting was canceled — how do I know? It will simply show as Ended. There's no separate "canceled" label; any cancellation-specific detail would only appear in the meeting's description and you will receive an email notification in the event of a canceled meeting.
