When a new round of questions opens, you'll see a pop-up the next time you log into the WatersAbove Platform. Click Submit Question, type your question, add your name or stay anonymous, and submit.

You must have the following Membership (requirement):
An annual All-Access member
An Alumni member
A monthly Start-Up member who has reached Milestone 1 in FOCUS
✅ Step-by-Step
Log in to the app (or visit www.app.watersabove.com)
When the question window is open, a pop-up appears. It says "Submit Your CLARITY KEY Question."
Not ready yet? Click anywhere outside the box to close it.
Ready to go? Click Submit Question.
The form opens in a new window. Type your question. Add your name, or type N/A to stay anonymous.
Submit the form.
If the form does not open, your browser blocked the pop-up.
Allow the pop-up: On Safari, look for the "Pop-up Window Blocked" bar at the top of the screen and click the middle icon. It will open the form right away. Other browsers show a similar blocked message near the address bar.

Your question goes to our team. We look at submitted questions first when we plan the session. They are still answered first come, first served, so we can't promise we'll reach every one. It depends on how many come in.
You do not need to be there live. If your question is answered, you can watch it back anytime in ARCHIVE.
Closed the pop-up and want to come back later? You can open the form again anytime from SETTINGS > Submit Your Clarity Key Questions.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to attend live to submit a question? No. You can submit even if you can't make it. Sessions are recorded in ARCHIVE.
Can I ask without sharing my name? Yes. Type N/A in the name field to stay anonymous.
Will my question definitely get answered? We prioritize submitted questions, but they are first come, first served. If a lot come in, we may not reach all of them.
I clicked Submit Question and nothing happened. Your browser blocked the pop-up. Use the MY-PORTAL menu instead, or allow the pop-up using the steps above.
Where do I go if I already closed the pop-up? Open it again from SETTINGS
