My Week Ahead is a rolling 7-day view of your meetings, starting with today, so you always know what's happening now and what's coming up.
This is accessible on the Home screen (web-only) and on the Events page (click the Clock icon on mobile to open)
🔑 Setup for Success
No setup required. New meetings are added to this list automatically — you don't need to do anything for a meeting to show up here.
You can "Hide" events to customize this view to only show what you'd like to attend.
✅ Step-by-Step
Today always appears at the top of the list. At midnight (your device's local time), the list automatically rolls forward — today's row is replaced by the next day.
The list always shows 7 rows, one per day.
If a day has no meetings scheduled, it will read "No events scheduled."
If every meeting scheduled that day has already ended, it will read "All scheduled events are Complete"
Each meeting row shows its name, time (in your local time zone), and the same RSVP → Attending → Join Now button behavior described in Event Cards & RSVP.
Click the ⋯ (three dots) on any meeting row to open the Hide option.

Hiding a meeting you haven't RSVP'd to
Clicking Hide removes it from My Week Ahead immediately — no confirmation needed.
It is not removed from All Upcoming Events or the calendar — only from this list.
Hiding a meeting you have RSVP'd to
You'll see a confirmation: "You have RSVP'd to this event. Hiding this event will reset your RSVP."
Choose Cancel to back out, or Continue to hide the meeting and remove your RSVP.
Bringing a hidden meeting back
Go to All Upcoming Events, find the meeting, and RSVP (mark yourself Attending) — it will reappear in My Week Ahead.
New meetings
Any newly added meeting is automatically included in My Week Ahead unless you hide it or it falls outside the 7-day window.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
If I hide a recurring meeting like Women's Group, does it hide all future occurrences? No. Every meeting is created individually — there's no recurring-series link between them. Hiding one date only affects that date.
Do I need to RSVP to get notified? Yes, for member-hosted meetings. Meetings hosted by WatersAbove® notify everyone automatically — see Event Cards & RSVP for the full breakdown.
Can I hide a meeting after it's already live or ended? Hide is available regardless of the meeting's state, but hiding an ended meeting has no practical effect since it's already past.
Why can't I see 'My Week Ahead' on the home screen? The My Week Ahead card is available on the Events page for both web and mobile. Only on the home screen on web. It is not available on the mobile home screen.
