Manage your first order

Once you have inventory published on the front end of your shop, you can expect to start generating sales. The Sales module can be used to

Viewing all your orders

Each time an order is placed via watersorted, you will receive an email notification about the order.

To view the order on the platform, log in to watersorted and navigate to the Seller Dashboard. From the LH menu, select Sales>Orders.

The list displays each order and corresponding details including:

  1. unique Order ID and Date the order was placed

  2. Order Details showing product name (with its brand and selected variant if applicable)

  3. Quantity ordered

  4. Amount (either paid or to be paid if order submitted via RFQ process, or payment by bank transfer selected)

  5. Fulfilled by - this will always be shown as you, the seller, as only you can authorise the sale and shipping (if applicable) of the product/service.

  6. Current status
