How to review and edit your user account

Configuring your account

To access your account details, navigate to the Seller dashboard. From the LH menu, select Profile>My Account.

The My Account page displays the information you provided when registering as a seller/buyer/advertiser. Your email address and password cannot be changed on this page, refer to Update your email/password credentials to update this information.

The My Account page can be used to review and edit the following:

  1. Dashboard type - set to a Seller or Buyer dashboard. When you log in and access your dashboard, you can view your seller or buyer dashboard as default.

  2. Account info such as your full name, phone number, address, company name, profile description, and types of products/services you provide.

  3. - add a display/profile picture to your account

  4. - delete your display/profile picture.

  1. When you select an image to upload, a Profile Image window will open allowing you to edit the image and then finish uploading it.

  2. You can only resize, rotate, or flip the image using the tools available. Image quality such as autocorrect or applying filters cannot be performed.

  3. You can zoom in/out of the image using the scroll button on the mouse.

  4. - cancel editing and image upload.

  5. - apply edits, upload the image, and close the window.

Data request buttons

You also have the option to send a request to remove your data or request your data be sent to you by clicking on the buttons:

Request to delete my account

If you want to deactivate your account and remove all your data, click the "Request to remove my data" button.

When you click this, a Truncate Request will appear asking you to confirm the request.

Warning: Confirming the request to truncate your data will send the request to Admin. Once it is approved, all your data will be deleted, and your account deactivated.

Request my data

If you want to see what personal details are saved on the platform, click on the "Request my data button". Complete the requested information and click on the "Send Request" button to complete the submission.

Once Admin receives the request, they will share your information with you.
