Finding inventory items
To see a full list of all your shop inventory items:
navigate to the Seller dashboard. From the LH menu, select Shop>Shop Inventory.
To view the inventory for a specific product/service that has been added to your shop:
navigate to the Seller dashboard. From the LH menu, select Shop>Shop Inventory.
Click the “My Products” button to take you to the list of all your added products.
For the product you want to view the inventory for, click the icon.
Perform actions on multiple inventory items
You can apply actions to multiple inventory items by selecting them using the checkbox on the LHS. You can “Activate”, “Deactivate” and “Delete” inventory using the buttons on the top RH side:
Activate publishes the selected inventory on the front end of your shop.
Deactivate unpublishes the selected inventory from the front end of your shop.
Delete – deletes the selected inventory.
Perform actions on individual inventory items
There are also action buttons shown to the RHS of each inventory item that provide additional functionality.
When the Status button is turned ON (blue), the corresponding inventory item is visible on the front end of your shop.
When the Status button is turned OFF (grey), the item is not visible.
- edit an existing inventory item. This opens the Seller Product form.
- delete the existing inventory item.
- only visible if some product variants have not been added as inventory.
- details missing information that is preventing the item from being published.
Using the Clone icon
Feature: This is useful when some of the product variants have not been entered as inventory items, and you want to add the remaining variants as inventory.
Click the icon alongside the item inventory you want to duplicate. This opens the Clone Inventory form.
Edit the form as required - the option values will have to be selected but all the other information will be copied from the cloned item.
- save current changes
- reset to the last saved changes
To close the form without applying any changes - click on the x in the top RH corner.
