By now, you should have configured your shop, added your products/services, and added your inventory.
If you haven't completed any of these stages, you cannot add Collections yet.
Return to these get started articles to review any remaining stages you need to complete.
You can create collections of products/services so buyers can find similar products/services more easily.
Configuring the Collections tab
Navigate to the Seller Dashboard. From the LH menu, select Shop>Manage Shop.
Click on the Collections tab.
There are 2 ways to enter a new collection:
If you are starting from new and this is your first collection, Click .
If you have created collections before, Click the button, top RH corner.
Configuring the Shop collections setup form - General tab
Include your shop name in the collection name to keep the name unique from any other shops using the marketplace. An error will occur if the same name as another collection is used.
Status – Set to OFF (grey) to hide the front end until you are ready to activate the collection and make it visible in the shop.

Link tab
Click “Search records" field and view a list of all your shop products/services. You can narrow the search field by typing a specific product/service name.
Click on the products/services you want to include in a collection. A list of those items will appear in the field. Click on the x icon to delete them if required.

Media tab
You can upload the following types of images for your collection:
JPEG
JPG
PNG
This image is shown as a logo for your shop collection on your shop homepage.
The icons located in the top RH corner of an uploaded image can be used for:
icon - upload a new image
icon - delete the existing image
Editing your uploaded images
When you select an image to upload, a Collection Image window will open allowing you to edit the image and then finish uploading it.
You can only resize, rotate, or flip the image using the tools available. Image quality such as autocorrect or applying filters cannot be performed.
You can zoom in/out of the image using the scroll button on the mouse.
- cancel editing and image upload.
- apply edits, upload the image, and close the window.
How to manage your added Collections
Once you have added your collections, they will be visible as a list on the Collections tab.
You can apply actions to multiple collections in this list by selecting them using the checkbox on the LHS. You can “Activate”, “Deactivate” and “Delete” collections using the buttons on the top RH side:
Activate publishes the selected collections on the front end of your shop.
Deactivate will unpublish the selected collections from the front end of your shop.
Delete – deletes the selected collections.
There are also action buttons shown on the RHS of each collection that provide additional functionality.
When the Status button is turned ON, the corresponding collection is visible on the front end of your shop.
When the Status button is turned OFF, the collection is not visible.
icon - edit an existing collection. This opens the Shop collections setup form.
icon - delete the existing collection.
