Each package has a set capacity, determined by the trip organisers based on expected demand and previous years’ trips. We use this number to secure the appropriate amount of accommodation with our suppliers.
If a trip reaches capacity and sells out, a waiting list will become available. You can join the waiting list in the same way as a standard booking by paying the required deposit.
If we’re able to increase the trip capacity by securing more accommodation, we’ll transfer waiting list bookings into confirmed bookings.
If you’re interested in joining a sold-out trip, we recommend signing up to the waiting list. This is the best way for us to understand the level of demand and gives us the opportunity to explore securing additional spaces.
Please note: If you have missed out on getting an Early Bird place and General Release has not yet taken place, then there wouldn't be a waiting list to join. You'll need to return when the General Release places go on sale to try again
