To cancel your waiting list booking, please ask to speak to a member of the team. Do not cancel your booking yourself, as you'll be charged the full deposit.
If your booking has been upgraded to a confirmed booking and you then decide to cancel your booking, you will be subject to our standard terms and conditions and would not be eligible for a refund.
