Yes, you can cancel your place on the waiting list. Please do not cancel your waiting list place yourself, please get in touch with a member of the team and request to cancel.
If this is processed by the team whilst you are still on the waiting list, then there would be no cancellation charge and you would be due a full refund of any money paid towards the trip.
Please ask to speak to a menber of the team to request your place on the waiting list is cancelled.
If you cancel your place after you have been upgraded from the waiting list, then our standard cancellation terms would apply.
