For some trips, we will only have 1 type of accommodation available for everyone that books onto the trip. There are however, 2 types of upgrade available when selecting accommodation, if these are available when going through your booking then you'll be shown the options on the booking page.
Accommodation upgrades (typical cost £49 - £99)
This type of upgrade could see you go from a 2-star apartment to a 3-star apartment and would still be sold at full occupancy.
Occupancy upgrades (typical cost £99 - £199)
This type of upgrade could see you go from 6 people in a 6 bed room to 4 people in a 6 bed room with nobody sleeping in the living room.
Accommodation and occupancy upgrades combined (typical cost £149 - £299)
This type of upgrade could see you go from 6 people in a 6 bed 2-star apartment to 4 people in a 6 bed 3-star apartment with nobody sleeping in the living room.
Please note: Accommodation upgrades are based on full occupancy which means bed/sofa beds in communal areas will be occupied and can necessitate two persons sharing a double bed as well as sofa beds and bunk beds being used in apartments.
Please note, that you will not be able to request which residence you would like to stay in, should you choose to upgrade your accommodation you will be automatically allocated to a residence within that accommodation level.
