Once you’ve searched for live rates and capacity, you can use the tools available on WebCargo to make sure you're seeing the most relevant results for your shipment.

Choose to sort your results by Cheapest, Best Value, Quickest or Greenest, and add filters so you only see rates for specific airlines, services, aircraft types and more.

You will find all results for your selected date and the following five days, as well as each airline’s availability, itinerary (departure and arrival times), surcharge information, and rates.

Organize your search results

You can organize your search results to display different options first according to your needs. Select from the switcher on the left-hand side whether you’d like to see the Cheapest option first:

Switch to Best Value, which shows the fastest and cheapest option:

To see the Quickest option, select the following one:

Finally, order your results by Greenest. This is sorted by the estimated average of the CO2 emissions of your shipment, which is calculated based on the cargo weight and dimensions. Find out more about our cargo emissions calculator in this article.

Tip: Look for the Cheapest, Best Value, Quickest and Greenest icons in the rate cards to find the best results, like in the example below. You can see this rate is the cheapest, quickest and best value.

If any of the airlines offer contract rates, you can identify them by the “C” symbol on the top right-hand corner of the rate card. Read more about contract rates in this article.

Choose what to see on the rate card

Select whether you want to see the price in each rate card in the search results as only the Rate per kg (or select Rate per lb), the Total price, or Both to view a combination of rate per kg or lb and the total price.

Notice that when you click on any of these options, the information within the rate card updates automatically.

Add filters to your rate results

You can also apply filters to help you narrow down your results even more.

Add filters to show results from a specific company, a specific service offered or rate by the available airlines, whether you want direct flights or stopovers, the aircraft type, and the price and duration range.

Depending on the results available, you can choose to see results from specific airlines by selecting them from the dropdown.

Bear in mind that you will only see the airlines that have available routes for the information entered in the original search. Select “All” to show all available airlines.

Select the Service option you want to see, these are Standard or Express.

The Flight filter will allow you to see direct flights, flights with stopovers, or both.

The Aircraft filter will help you to choose between the type of aircraft available. Check the Freighters only option to see only freighters rates, or leave it unchecked to see both freighters rates and passenger aircraft rates.

Within the Rate type section, you can select the specific type of rate to view, if available. These will either be Allotments or Contract rates.

If you are shipping to a city with multiple airports, and have not specified the airport, you can also use the Origin and Destination filters to see results from a specific one.

Selecting a specific airport will remove results from other airports originally in the search results and will only show results for those selected.

Finally, you can use the Range filter to choose your preferred ranges for Rate/kg, Total price, Journey duration and Departure time. Click on the round slider and move it backwards or forwards to set the minimum and maximum ranges to suit your request.

Depending on which filters you choose, you will notice that the search results and rate cards will organize themselves automatically to show you the results that best suit your needs.
