WebCargo has 4 different user types available on the platform with different privileges. The amount of access you have on the platform will depend on your user type.
Understanding the privileges associated with each role can help to clarify the process involved in gaining access, setting up new users, resetting passwords and managing log in details etc.
The 4 types of users
Super Admin
A Super Admin is often the head of an organisation with the highest level of access to view and modify any or all actions of an Admin, Normal or Limited Access user.
Users with this role can create, delete users and configure users, add new customers, manage branches, create templates, group local charges, grant or limit access to personnel or even use access strategy to avoid conflicting actions within their organisation (ie. such as agents having limited access to air freight rates to avoid creating unnecessary competition between different branches).
The access to configurations and privileges can be found under the Settings tab. Within this toolbar, a wide range of customisations are available to the Super Admin.
Admin
The Admin has the second-highest level of access within the system. This user can view and modify all fields WebCargo. The only difference from the Super Admin is that the Admin is not allowed to remove, change or see the details of the Super Admin. No action taken by a Super Admin can be overridden by an Admin.
The Admin can manage settings, modify local charges, configure users, add new customers, edit client lists, etc. The Settings menu looks the same for admins and super admins.
Normal
A Normal user often holds an Operations or Sales level position and can only view the available information. They cannot add, remove, or modify anything. Due to configurations set by the Admin or Super Admin, some sections may not be visible to a Normal user.
The accessible sections to the Normal user depend on the rules set by the organisation. Examples of the privileges granted to a Normal user are visualisation of users without autonomy to edit said users, restricted from configuring local charges and adding/deleting customers, and most importantly, they cannot change their own status and privileges to that of an Admin or Super Admin.

Limited Access
Limited Access users can only view and search for market rates but cannot see contract rates for carriers. This profile is the most limited on WebCargo and is completely reliant on the Super Admin or Admin to grant privileges or change their status to allow access to more features.
Limited Access users have the highest number of restricted settings, limitations to usage, and superficial visualisation of the user interface. The menu for Limited Access users looks similar to Normal users.
