In some pack types, there is the option to download XLS, or Bigstats, reports in Excel or CSV format. These downloadable files contain graphs and visuals which can help you view the progress and performance of your team when it comes to quotations.

View your most profitable branch, the best performing and most active users, and see the quotation success rate of clients, if they have been added to the platform.

Important: this feature is only available for Professional and Enterprise pack types.

To find out how to use this, continue reading this article.

Firstly, head to the Settings tab, then the Statistics sub-tab, and select XLS Reports from the dropdown. From here, you’ll be able to view all previously created XLS reports and also create your own personalized report.

To create a new report, click on the plus symbol.

A new form will appear where you can add parameters for the report you want to create and download, such as the date range, a specific user, and a specific branch.

Click Add to create the report and allow a couple of minutes for the data to load. Once complete, the report will be added to your list of existing reports.

The report can take a while to process, so if you need to leave your device, you, as the logged-in user who requested the report, will also receive a copy of the file via email.

Once the report has been processed, download it as an Excel file, or as a CSV file. Clicking on either will automatically trigger a download.

Once your download is complete, click on the file to open it.

Within the report, you’ll find graphs showing the quotation activity based on the earlier stated parameters. These will include graphs showing Quotes by an employee, Quote success rate, and Quotes by branches amongst others.

Towards the bottom of the spreadsheet, you’ll find different tabs. These tabs will allow you to dig deeper and view statistics related to quotes made from specific origins and destinations, airlines used to quote with and success rate of these airlines, user activity, and many other options.

Within the Airline tab, you’ll find information showing won and lost quotes per airline. Blue shows won quotes and red shows lost quotes.
