How to access the analytics tool
To access the analytics tool, expand the side menu and click on Business intelligence.
Then expand the Quoting statistics dropdown and select Analytics.
Here you will find 5 different ways to view your analytics: by User, by Quotes, by Rates, by Carriers, and by Bookings.
How to view analytics for users
Within the User section, you can view user activity such as how many times a user has logged in to their WebCargo account, and when they last logged in.
On the left-hand side, you can choose to view a graph by Unique logins (how many times a specific user has logged in) or as Last logins (or when the user was last logged in on the platform). Alternatively, choose Dashboard for an overview of both.
After clicking on either of the above options, you will see the option to view the graphs in different ways. These include as a Column chart, Bar chart or as a map, which allows you to see where people are who are logging in.
If you are a multinational account holder and have multiple countries activated, you can choose to view statistics for a specific Region, Country, and Branch.
Finally, you can choose the range for either Unique logins, or for Last logins.
For Unique logins, you can choose the date range, which will show you the complete number of logins for the specified range.
For Last login, you can choose the date range as 30 Days, 60 Days, or 90 Days. You will also be able to see the individual user's email in the results, as well as the last date they logged in.
Every time you change the parameters to search, make sure to click on Run Statistics to gather the correct results.
Once the results have loaded, you’ll be able to view the graph, as well as the user information underneath. The specified date range and parameters for the graph will show at the top.
If you click on the Download CSV button, a file will download showing you the information for the specific parameters.
How to view analytics for quotations
Within the Quotes section, you can view analytical graphs based on the quotation activity within your account. Select a filter from the dropdown menu in order to organize by reasons for quote rejection, quote by status and quotes per product type, amongst other options.
Depending on how you’ve chosen to organize your results, different sections and parameters will appear. These can vary, with some allowing you to add more options to narrow down your searches, such as being able to specify by origin and destination airport.
In the same way as shown above, you can download a CSV file by clicking on Download CSV.
How to view rate Analytics
Within the Rates section, you can view information on the Types of rates used to quote (e.g. Spot, Market or Promo) or Buying rate trend changes.
How to view analytics per carrier
Within the Carriers section, you can see a breakdown of quotations made with each airline. In the same way as shown above, you can also add filters to see different data points, such as the response rate from each airline, Adhoc request responses, and carrier response time for quoting.
How to view analytics for eBookings
Finally, within the Bookings section, you’ll see analytics for bookings created within the platform using dynamic rates. Find out in this article how to compare rates, find live capacity and make bookings directly from your WebCargo account.
Select to view your booking information per country and airline, by top trade lanes, Bookings per country (only), or Bookings per day. Depending on the parameters specified, the information will be shown within the graph.
