Once a shipment is booked, customers will be able to find all the details relating to their shipment on the Shipment Overview tab page.

To navigate to this tab, click on Manage Shipments in the header, and then select the relevant shipment name. This opens up the Shipment Overview tab. On the far right of this page, there is a sidebar. This sidebar provides a summary of the shipment’s costs and tracking information.

Totals

Totals include estimated arrival date, total cost, total revenue (for provider shipment only), and total CO2 emissions (as available).

Tracking widget

The tracking widget displays the departure and arrival dates of each leg, showing the progress from origin to destination. For carrier bookings, the flight or vessel numbers are also shown.

Tracking details

The tracking details provide additional information such as AWB number, shipment creation date, and shipment ID. Use this ID as a reference if you need help with technical issues.

To add tracking information to a shipment, click the Manage Shipments tab. Then click Shipments, and select the shipment you want to edit. Click the Overview tab to see high-level details about this shipment. Find out more about adding tracking information to a shipment in this article.

Click on the pencil icon above to update track and trace information as shown below.

You can add estimated and actual dates. To confirm a shipment, you must add either an estimated pickup or an estimated delivery date.
