Once a shipment is booked, customers will be directed to the Shipment Overview tab page. This provides detailed information about the shipment, including status updates, required actions, and documentation.

This Overview tab displays important information about the shipment, including:

Directives: The scope and mode of the shipment, and the selected commodity

Services: Any services added to the shipment, e.g. customs brokerage, airport charges, etc.

Operational Details: The important dates, times, and locations for moving the goods

Load: The load breakdown

Itinerary: The itinerary that is currently booked
