The Bookings tab outlines the terms and conditions of a shipment contract. It presents the IFQ (Initial Freight Quote), unique IDs associated with the booking, and any cost adjustments.

To find the booking tab, click Manage Shipments and select a Shipment Name. To find out more about what a booking is, read this article.

From your perspective, it will also show both incoming bookings (revenue) and outgoing carrier bookings (cost), in the case of a dynamic booking. You can also add cost adjustments from the revenue tab and can see any cost adjustments from the carrier on the cost tab. The profit also shows on the booking with the customer, if the buy rate was added to their rates.

Note: The Freightos Booking ID is unique to the booking made between the customer and seller. Use this shared reference number when communicating.
