To see a list of all your shipments, click on the Manage Shipments tab at the top of the page. Please note that buyers and sellers have different menus to access their shipments.

You will see 4 tabs listed:

  • Shipments

  • Bookings

  • Bookings made with me (note: this will only appear when a booking is made with you)

  • Quotes (note: this will only appear when a quote is made with you)

Shipments:

You can view a list of all your shipments under the Shipments tab, including the current status, scope, type, origin, destination, and load. Clicking on the Shipment Name takes you into the shipment itself. Clicking anywhere else opens up a side panel with a summary of the shipment.

Bookings:

This tab shows all bookings made by you or on your behalf (via delegation) with the carrier.

Note: The Freightos Booking Number is unique to the booking made between the buyer and seller. Use this shared reference number when communicating.

Bookings made with me

This tab will show all bookings between the buyer and seller, regardless of whether you have a dynamic booking with the carrier associated.

Quotes

This lists all custom quotes requested by the buyer, including active, booked, and closed quotes. Clicking on a quote opens up a window showing all relevant details relating to that quote. The user can either submit a bid/quote to the buyer or, if you are not able to ship the goods, the request can be rejected.

In this window, you can communicate with the buyer, answer questions they may have, and negotiate prices.

After a booking is created, you can still access all prior communications under this Quotes tab.

If a buyer initiates a conversation with you, you will receive an instant email notification about all new messages.
