How can I obtain a refund?

Please note that any request to cancel or postpone a reservation made less than 4 days before the workshop will be refused, except in exceptional cases and with the agreement of the craftsman. Refunds are also not possible.

How to request a cancellation and/or refund of your reservation in your Personal Area :

  1. Find your upcoming reservation in the “My workshops” section of your account.

  2. Click on “Manage my booking”.

  3. Then click on “Cancel my booking”.

  4. Choose whether you would like a refund to be processed on the card used to make the purchase. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note that a refund is only possible if the initial booking was made by credit card and no discount or gift voucher was used. In this case, the refund option will not be available.

How can I obtain a refund for a gift voucher purchase?

Please note that gift vouchers are not refundable.

If you have received an email informing you that the workshop is unfortunately no longer available, we invite you to contact us directly so that we can reimburse you as soon as possible.
