You have received a gift voucher for a specific workshop, but you are curious about other know-how? Or you want to have a workshop experience in another city?

Please feel free to change! Your gift voucher is valid for all our workshops!

The gift code will then work like a money pot: if you choose a less expensive workshop, you will have the difference left to use on a future purchase; if you choose a more expensive one, you will have to pay the difference.

How to do this:

1. Enter your gift code on the gift voucher user page.

2. Then go to the workshops pages and browse the available offer. Select the workshop you would like to intend.

3. Choose your date, enter your phone number and go to the next step.

Don't forget to provide a phone number so the artisan can call you if needed (regarding address details or any other information necessary for the good running of the workshop)!

4. You will see a message telling you that your initial gift voucher is affiliated with another workshop. No worries! Please click on the "here" button to change it.

5. Turn your gift code into an amount valid for the entire website.

6. You're done! Your gift code is now valid on all workshops and has been applied to your cart.

7. If there is still an amount left to pay, you can proceed to payment or use another gift code if you have one.

You can also directly select the new workshop you want to book and enter the gift code at checkout.

You will then need to perform the same steps as listed for Method 1.

Once the reservation is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of all the information.

If you have not received a confirmation email, the reservation did not work.

N.B.: It is essential to create your Wecandoo account to finalize any reservation!

N.B. 2 : If you use your Facebook account to create an account, be aware that all our emails will be sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account.
