You have received a gift card for a specific workshop, but you are curious about other know-how? Or you want to have a workshop experience in another city? Please feel free to change! Your gift card is valid for all our workshops!

The gift code will then work like a money pot: if you choose a less expensive workshop, you can use the difference towards a future purchase; if you choose a more expensive workshop, you will have to pay the difference.

How to do it :

  • METHOD 1:

1. Enter your gift code on the gift card user page : https://wecandoo.uk/utiliser-boncadeau

2. Then go to the workshops pages and browse the available offers. Select the workshop you would like to intend.

3. Choose your date, enter your phone number and go to the next step. Don't forget to enter a telephone number so that the artisan can call you if necessary (for address details or any other information necessary for the smooth running of the workshop)!

4. You will see a message telling you that your initial gift card is affiliated with another workshop. Do not worry! Just click the 'here' button to change it.

5. Convert your gift card to an amount valid throughout the website by clicking the 'Validate' button in the window that appears.

6. You're done! Your gift code is now valid for all workshops and has been applied to your cart.

7. If there is still an amount to pay, you can proceed to checkout or use another gift code if you have one.

Please note that some promotional codes cannot be combined with our gift cards. A message will be displayed when you validate the code to explain this.

  • METHOD 2:

You can also directly select the new workshop you wish to book and enter the gift code at checkout.

You will then need to follow the same steps as Method 1.

➡ Once the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of all the information.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, the reservation has not been successful.

N.B.: It is essential to create your Wecandoo account to finalise any booking!

N.B. 2: If you use your Facebook account to create an account, please note that all our emails will be sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account.
