What are the cancellation terms?

Until when can I change or cancel my booking?

Something came up and you can't make it to your workshop? 😥

No problem, you can move your booking to another slot, or cancel if your request is submitted no more than 4 days before the workshop.

In case of cancellation, the following terms apply:

  • If you cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled workshop date, no cancellation fee will be applied.

  • If you cancel less than 4 days before the event, it will not be possible to postpone your booking, except in very rare and special situations and subject to agreement with the artisan.

In case of any changes, you must inform us at least 4 days before the workshop. This delay is required by our artisans in order to organise themselves.

In case of a refund, you will receive the money within 10 days (time specified by our payment provider).
