What happens to my gift voucher if my workshop is cancelled?

Since you used your gift voucher to make a booking for a specific date, it can now no longer be used. You don't have to worry about its expiration date. 🙂

Your booking has been placed "on hold". This status is not time-limited. You can take as long as you like to reschedule your workshop. To do this, you will not need to use your gift code. You will have to go directly to your Wecandoo account, under "my workshops": https://wecandoo.com/my-workshops. ​

Here's how to reschedule your booking yourself:

1. Log into your account from this link, using your email address.

2. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgotten password". You will fill in your email address once more, and a link will be sent to you by email to create a new password.

3. Once logged into your account, click on your name in the upper right corner. A menu appears.

4. Click on "my workshops". You will find your "pending" workshop in a table.

5. Click on "Change the date".

6. You will have suggested dates. Feel free to click on the drop-down menu to see the other suggestions.

7. Choose your date, then click on "I confirm".

8. Well done! You have rescheduled your workshop 😃. You will receive a confirmation email with all the information. ​

N.B. : If your workshop does not have an open schedule yet, don't worry! The artisan may prefer to take a little more time to best prepare the worskhop. A little more patience, and you will soon be able to enjoy your workshop.

The "on hold" status of your booking is not time-limited. You can take your time to reschedule your workshop.

No dates available or convenient? You can suggest a date to the artisan by visiting the page for the workshop in question. By clicking on "see dates" you will then see a "suggest a date" link at the bottom right.

The "see dates" button also allows you to subscribe to an alert that will send you an email as soon as new slots go online (up to 3 reminders).
