The workshops require a lot of work, preparation and time, which is why our artisans cannot provide workshops below a certain threshold of participants (this threshold is indicated on each of the workshop pages of our site).
This minimum number of participants allows the artisan to run a workshop while being sure that it will fit into his annual objectives.
For some workshops, only one participant is required and in this case, your slot will be maintained as soon as your registration is taken into account.
If the workshop requires more than one participant and your slot is cancelled, you will be informed at least 4 days before the date of the workshop.
You then have three possibilities :
Choose another date for the workshop in question (directly from your account). Click here to see how to do it.
Turn your reservation into a gift voucher valid throughout the site for 1 year.
Opt for a refund (if your booking was not made using a gift voucher).
